Well, the original Fishing Floats of Cash was already a reskin of Fiona's Fortune, and Fishing Deeper Floats of Cash is pretty much the same game as well. The big difference is found in the math model, which admittedly has been significantly boosted, and in the progress trail you get in the free spins round. The max win has been bumped up from 5,000x to 15,000x your stake, which is solid for the fishing slot genre, but the game still comes across as a bit soulless, an impression that is underscored by the obvious Big Bass Bonanza copycat effort.

It’s like Gold Coin Studios is trying a bit too hard, with the thick Southern accent action commentary and all, but it just doesn’t come across as charming. The game comes with far more features than many fishing slots, however, as well as possible ways to crack the 15,000x potential. This is hard to argue against, of course, and some players may see this series in a different light than we do. There are also brand new players, of course, perhaps oblivious to the whole fishing slot genre, and they may think this is top notch stuff.
