Review Summary

We quite enjoyed our test session, so it’s really a shame that Jewels of Jupiter is somewhat held back by a mediocre potential. The unusual reel setup, combined with the random multiplier wilds that literally strike like lightning on each spin, meshes well with the dramatic soundtrack. The 2,830x potential is okay for a medium (6/10) volatile release, but you’re compensated by the Mission prizes you win on a regular basis.

Inverting the grid in the bonus round opens the game up a bit more, and it’s fun when you get 3 fully stacked multiplier wilds per spin.

The symbols aren’t worth all that much though, so without a proper multiplier boost you get measly returns most of the time. The symbol collect mission system is a welcome addition in one way, and it works kind of like the rakeback bonus you get when playing online poker. Without it however, the potential could have been higher.
